【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversdeformedandplainsteelreinforcingbarswithadualcoatingofzincalloyandanepoxycoating.Thezinc-alloylayerisappliedbythethermalspraycoatingmethod(metallizing)followedbyanepoxycoatingappliedbytheelectrostaticspraymethod.Note18212;Thecoatingapplicatorisidentifiedthroughoutthisspecificationasthemanufacturer.1.2RequirementsofthezinccoatingarecontainedinTable1.1.3Requirementsforfusion-bondedpowdercoatingsarecontainedinAnnexA1.1.4Guidelinesforconstructionpracticesatthejob-sitearepresentedinAppendixX1.1.5Thisspecificationisapplicableforordersineitherinch-poundorSIunits.1.6Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother,exceptasspecificallynotedinTable2.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththisspecification.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:1Thisstandardisapplicabletothecalculation,design,construction,safetydevices,installation,use,maintenanceandtestingofdocklevellers,withtheexceptionof:a)docklevellersformarineandaircraftapplications;b)liftingtables;c)vehicle-mountedtaillifts.NOTE1.RequirementsforliftingtablesarelaiddowninprEN1570.NOTE2.Requirementsforvehicle-mountedtailliftsarelaiddowninprEN1756-1.2Thisstandardincludesdocklevellerswhichareusedbypersonsand/ormanualorpower-driventransportequipment(e.g.forklifttrucks)astrafficpathsbetweengoodsvehicles,bothroadvehiclesandrailwagons,andpartsofbuildingssuchasloadingdocks.Thisstandarddoesnotdealwithbridgingdeviceswheretheloadisacompletevehicle,suchasaself-propelledvehicleortowedtrailer.Illustrationsofvarioustypesofdocklevellersareshowninfigure1.3Thisstandardcontainsrequirementsintendedtoprotectpersonsandobjectsagainstaccidentsanddamageduringuseandoperationofdocklevellers.4Personstobeprotectedare:a)operators;b)maintenanceandinspectionpersonnel;c)personsnearthedockleveller.5Objectstobeprotectedare:a)goodsondocklevellers;b)transportequipmentondocklevellers.6Thesignificanthazardsofdocklevellersarelistedinclause4.ThesehazardshavebeenidentifiedbyriskassessmentaccordingtoEN292-2andrequireactionstoavoidthehazard,ortoreducetherisk,whicharecoveredinclauses5and6.7Thesafetyrequirementsarebasedontheassumptionthatthedocklevellersareregularlymaintainedbycompetentpersonsaccordingtotheinstructionsofthemanufacturerandthattheoperatingpersonshavebeeninstructedintheuseofthedocklevellers.
