【摘要】:Automaticultrasonicscanninginspectionsystemsarebecomingmoreandmorepopular.Thereisagrowingdependenceonthesesystems,thedata(bothultrasonicsignalsandprobelocation)andtheautomaticormanualevaluationofthedata.Stationaryandmobiletestsystemsarediscussed,asusedforpre-servicetesting(testingduringmanufacture)andin-servicetesting(testingaftermanufacture,includingregularsafetyassurancetesting).TheinformationinthisTechnicalReportcoversalltestsandtestingonallcomponentpartsorcompletemanufacturedsystemsforeithercorrectnessofgeometry,materialproperties(qualityordefects)andfabricationmethodology(e.g.welds).ThisTechnicalReportcanbeusedfortrainingpurposes.ThisTechnicalReportisaimedatsuppliersandusersofautomaticscanningsystems.ThescopeofthisTechnicalReportistopermittheuser,alongwithacustomerspecificationortestdescriptionandanynationalorinternationalstandardsorregulationstospecify:-ultrasonicprobes,probesystemsandmechanicalcontrollingsensors;-manipulationsystemsincludingcontrols;-ultrasoundelectronicsub-systems;-datastorageanddisplaysystems;-evaluationandassessmentmethodsortechniqueswithregardtotheirperformanceandsuitabilityforpurpose.ThisTechnicalReportalsodefinesameansofverifyingtheperformanceofanyspecifiedsystem.Thisincludes:-testsduringthemanufacturingprocessonpartsandcompleteditems(stationarytestingsystems)andalso-testswithmobilesystems.
