【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61663concernsthelightningprotectionoftelecommunicationlinesinfibreopticinstallations.Itsobjectistolimitthenumberofpossibleprimaryfailuresoccurringintheopticalfibrecableinaspecifiedinstallationtowithinvalueswhicharelowerthanorequaltothelimitvalue,definedasthetolerablefrequencyofprimaryfailures.Consequentlythisstandardpointsoutthemethodforcalculatingthepossiblenumberofprimaryfailures,choosingthefeasibleprotectivemeasuresandindicatingthetolerablefrequencyofprimaryfailures.Secondaryfailuresarenotconsideredinthisstandard.ThetestsdescribedinannexGofthisstandardareconvenientonlyfortheriskevaluationassociatedwithlightninginfibreopticinstallations.Testsforthequalificationofacabledesignareoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.
