【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardgivesrulesforimprovingthesafetyofexistingliftswiththeaimofreachinganequivalentlevelofsafetytothatofanewlyinstalledliftbytheapplicationoftoday'sstateoftheartforsafety.NOTEDuetosituationssuchasthebuildingdesignetc.itmaynotbepossibleinallcasestoreachtoday'sstateoftheartforsafety.2Thisstandardappliesforpermanentlyinstalled—electriclifts,withtractionorpositivedrive;—hydraulicliftsservingdefinedlandinglevels,havingacardesignedforthetransportationofpersonsorpersonsandgoodsandmovingbetweenguiderailsinclinednotmorethan15°tothevertical.3Thisstandardincludestheimprovementofsafetyofexistingpassengerandgoodspassengerliftsfor:a)users;b)maintenanceandinspectionpersonnel;c)personsoutsidethewell,machineroomandthepulleyroom(butintheirimmediatevicinity);d)anyauthorisedpersons.4Thisstandardisnotapplicableto:a)liftswithdrivesystemsothersthanthosedefinedinEN81-1orEN81-2;b)liftingappliancessuchaspaternosters,minelifts,theatrelifts,applianceswithautomaticcaging,skips,liftsandhoistsforbuildingandpublicworkssites,ships'hoists,platformsforexplorationordrillingatsea,constructionandmaintenanceappliances;c)installationswheretheinclinationoftheguiderailstotheverticalexceeds15°d)safetyduringtransport,installation,repairsanddismantlingoflifts;e)firefightingoperation.However,thisstandardcanusefullybetakenasareferencebasis.
